Sortimo van racking for a fast-growing heating and electrical company

Originally set up in 1968, Domestic Heating Services was taken over by one of its employees, Mitchell Warren, in 2008 when the owner decided to retire.

Over the past 10 years, under Mitchell’s stewardship, the company has gone from strength to strength - expanding its range of products and services, opening a showroom in the picturesque village of Findon where it’s based, and building up a team of heating engineers and electricians.

We were delighted when Mitchell asked us to design a van racking system for the latest edition to his fleet, a T6 Combi. Mitchell bought the van for himself with a view to converting it into a camper van at a later date. He wanted a durable van system that will last for a number of years, hence his choice of Sortimo.

We worked with Mitchell to create a design, bespoke to his needs. We installed a raised floor with underfloor HD drawers. The nearside and offside units were kitted out with a selection of S Boxess and L Boxxes, as well as an emergency first aid kit
