But did you know we also sell System Edström van racking?
Because Sortimo SR5 is a premium product, we had to think long and hard about which other system to include in our range. Any new additions had to sit comfortably alongside such an iconic van racking system. Quality, value for money, durability, safety, the warranty and the visual aesthetic were all essential considerations when it came to making our final selection. But so also were lead times, price point, sustainability and country of origin.
Taking into consideration all of these factors, the choice was straightforward.
An introduction to System Edström van racking
System Edström is Sweden’s leading manufacturer and installer of van racking solutions. The company has been part of the Corby community for 30 years. During this time, the clients have included the Murphy Group, Baxi and Linde. Edström is a member of the Ford Motor Company’s Quality Vehicle Management programme, and the official van converter for Ford’s mobile service vehicle fleet.
Edström has been awarded ISO14001:2015 for its Environmental Management System and conducts its crash-testing in France. (The iNRS NS286 standard is widely regarded in the industry as a more stringent standard than the British test). And the company is always innovating. E-LCV on-board power, a brand-new system to power all your electricals, is one such example.
